I wouldn't call the servers rude, but they are definitely not the most inviting hosts. Relative to other cafes, they are very much lacking in this respect.
As for the dining space, the table we were on was pretty wobbly. These things are easy to overlook as an owner/manager of the place and admittedly we didn't bring it to their attention - but we probably would have if the servers were more friendly.
